Langkawi 2013

 Had the most amazing time in Langkawi.
The beach, the sand, the waves it just fits.
It was just too good to be true, to be staring at the sea, so huge it just spreads as far as your eyes can see.

First thing we did after landing was...obviously checked into the hotel.
What's next? of course we have to step onto the beach first!
It was breath taking.
I wish we could have been there longer.

The food was also amazing although I have to say that the crabs were a little small
but was delicious. Had crab 2 nights in a row.


We even went Island Hopping!
Stopped at the Pregnant Maiden Island, Pulau Pasir Basah (I think).
Stopped also at Pantai Tengah and Pantai Cenang which is where out hotel is located
and also Pulau Pasir Hitam on our last day.

I can't believe I even jumped into the lake.
It was so scary.
It's 20 feet deep.
Lake water is practically green and you cant exactly see the bottom
and Lake water density was way different compared to sea water and pool water.
Fooh, at least I managed to swam out of it.

Had Thai food on our last night.
Our flight back was a night flight so we had plenty of time to explore.
Went all the way to Kuah town again to stop by at Geopark
and took a cable car up. View there was amazing.
Even had ice cream! at 700m above  sea level! HOW COOL WAS THAT!

I hope there's more trips like there in future.
